Analysis of A Lifting Mechanism for A Dumper

介绍了平面四连杆机构在自卸汽车举升机构中的成用。本文用矢量法对举升机构中各杆的位置及常用的几种驱动型式进行了分析,对骓动油缸的参数、各铰点所受的力等进行了探讨,从而得出各量间的内在规律,为设计人员提供了有价值的参考。

The application of plane four-bar linkage to a lifting mechanism of a dumper is presented in this paper. The positions of each bar in the mechanism and various commonly used driving types are studied by vector analysis. Based on the study on the parameters of driving oil cylinder and the forces applied at each pivoting point, the inberent laws between each datum are hereupon obtained, it provides a valuable information for designers.
