阻燃共聚酯/粘土复合物热降解动力学研究 被引量:2

Kinetics of thermal degradation of flame-retardant coployesters/clay composites

摘要 用插层共聚方法合成了含磷共聚酯/粘土复合物。用热重(TG)方法考察热降解动力学。通过在空气中以不同的升温速率升温至设定温度,用Kissinger法和Hymn Wall Ozawa法对数据进行处理。结果表明,粘土组分含量较高的反应活化能较大,热稳定性较好。 The thermal decomposition behaviors of phosphorus-containing coployesters/clay composites were studied using a conventional dynamic thermogravimetric analysis (TG) in a flowing air atmosphere at several hearing rates between 10℃ and 40℃/min. The activation energy was determined by using Kissger method and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method without the knowledge of reaction mechanism(RM), giving the values 135kJ/mol with the clay content of 2wt% and 159.79kJ/mol with the clay content of 5wt%. The results showed that the thermal stability of the flame retardant coployesters/clay composites was enhanced with the increase of clay content.
