流动注射分光光度法测定水中硫离子 被引量:9

Determination of sulfide in effluent with FIA-Sub methyl blue spectrophotometry

摘要 FIA-Sub methyl bule spectrophotometry was adopted in the paper.When temperature and reagent proportion was determined,the influence of peristaltic pump rate,the length of reaction tube and injection volume were studied to optimize the analytical conditions.The result showed that the linear range,the limit of and detection the accuracy were 1~25mg/L,1mg/L,and 3.56%(RSD),respectively.The method was successfully applied to the measurement of sulfide in leather wastewater.
