摘要
2-(2-quinolinylazo)-1,3-diaminobenzene(QADAB)was synthesized,and its color reaction with copper(Ⅱ)was studied.In the medium of CTMAB and presence of pH=4.0 buffer solution.QADAB could react with copper(Ⅱ)to form a violet stable 2∶1 complex.The molar absorptivity of the complex is 8.11×104L·mol-1·cm-1 at 555 nm.Beer’s law was obeyed in range of 0~20 μg/25mL.This method may be applied to the determination of copper in environmental samples with good results.
