农业虚拟组织促进农民增收的机理分析

On Mechanism of Promoting Farmer's Income by Agricultural Virtual Organization

农业发展新阶段,农民增收越来越困难。是什么原因造成农民收入增长如此乏力呢?学者们从多角度探讨农民增收问题。笔者认为,对比国内外农业发展情况和经验,可以说制约中国农民收入增长的关键因素之一是缺乏组织平台,这个组织平台既是农民的协作组织纽带、利益代表,又是“绿箱”政策实施的载体。这就要求对目前的组织进行形态与功能的创新。本文在把虚拟组织引入农业领域的思想的基础上,重点探讨虚拟组织促进农民增收的机理,然后提出建立农业虚拟组织、增加农民收入的对策。

In the new phase of agriculture, it is difficult to increase farmers income. why? Scholars had probed into it in many ways. We think, Comparing development and experiences of our country with those at abroad, One of key limited factors of increasing farmers income is shorting of organizational platform, which not only is farmer's cooperative organization and benefit delegate, but also is dependence of 'green box '. It requires us to innovate organizational systems and function. But, how to do it has become a new problem. The essay has an idea that we should virtual organization into agriculture, and emphasizes on mechanism of its promoting farmers income, then brings forth countermeasures to construct and stipulate virtual organization for increasing farmers income.
