汽车柴油机烟度测量和限值问题的探讨

摘要 根据试验研究结果,对汽车柴油机烟度排放的国家标准及测量方法中用一个限值来限定柴油机各工况烟度排放、将废气涡轮增压柴油机和自然吸气式柴油机的烟度排放限值完全等同、用滤纸式烟度计测量车用柴油机的自由加速烟度等问题进行了探讨,指出了其不科学性和不合理性,并提出了相应的改进建议。 Based on the experimental investigations of automotive diesel engine smoking,the author of this paper indicated that quite a few points in diesel engine smoke emission national standard and measuring methods are unscientific and unreasonable, for example, using the same rated number to specify diesel smoke emission undel different running conditions,stipulating the same smoke rating for both the turbocharged and naturally aspirated diesel engines and measuring automotive diesel engine smoke intensity under free acceleration with filter paper type smokemeter, etc. Meanwhile the corresponding improving suggestions are proposed as well.
