摘要
介绍了以 1 0 0 %废纸浆为原料抄造擦手纸的实验研究。探讨了PAE、柔软剂、分散剂等多种助剂对纸张各种性能的影响 ,并优化出较佳的工艺条件。结果表明 ,柔软剂用量为 0 375 % ,PAE用量为 0 1 2 %时 ,除白度外 ,成纸的各项指标基本达到现行的擦手纸性能要求。
Hand tissue with manufacture with 100% recycled pulp was discussed in this paper. Several chemical agents such as PAE, AKD, softener, dispersant etc were added and their influence on hand-tissue properties was studied. The optimized process of hand-tissue manufacture was obtained. The results showed that 100% recycled pulp can be used for producing hand-tissue. The tissue quality can reach the common product in the market when 0.375% softener and 0.12% PAE are used in the production.
