摘要
从分析后桥渗漏油的原因及以往采用的解决办法入手,介绍了在后桥接合面和螺纹联接处应用厌氧密封胶和预涂干膜胶的研究与试验,装车道路试验和批量投产使用的结果表明,厌氧平面密封胶克服了固体垫片的不足,固化后使两金属表面100%接合;预涂干膜胶则能满足装配线节拍要求,固化后不因螺栓受到冲击或振动等原因而松动。其锁固、密封效果良好,成本低廉。
After analysing the causes of oil lerkate in rear axles and the couintermeasures taken formerly, this paper presents the experimental invetigations concerning the applications of anaerobic sealants and presmearingdry-fiml sealants on the mating surfaces of rear axles and on the screw joints. The results of road tests and experiences of pilot production show that the anaerobic form-inplace gaskets,as comparing with the preformed gaskets,ensure the natmg surfaces to be completely sealed after they are solidified, while bohs presmeared with dry-rilm sealants can avoid loosing after sealants solidify even under the action of impadt and vibration because they are able to follow the assembling rhythm. In a word,these sealants have the advantages of excellent sealing and tightening effect and low costs.
