摘要 本文介绍了成色剂、重氮盐微胶囊化的发展,主要阐述了热响应性微胶囊制备、透明及全彩感热记录材料的技术要点等。 This paper presents a brief introduction of the development history of the technology of direct thermo-sensitive recording materials containing heat responsive micro-capsules in their recording layers,i.e. color component technology and diazonium salt capsules technology.The latter process can be used for making multi-color direct thermosensitive recording materials,which have already entered the market.The paper outlines the production process of heat responsive microcapsules incorporating diazonium salts and main technical characteristics of the respective transparent multi-color thermosensitive recording materials.
