Presently the rapid development of the technology and market of imaging equipment and materials enlightened that modern imaging firms have to focus on the simultaneous development of firm culture, this is the precious experience of most multi-national giant successful firms. On this regard, the development history of world giant photo-manufacturer Eastman Kodak Co. can offer us a typical revelation.
