摘要
介绍了Lada 2105型轿车发动机的气缸体、曲轴和活塞连杆组的检修与安装,分析了发动机漏油和窜油,发动机温度过高、正时齿轮皮带断裂等故障的原因,并提出了排除故障的方法。同时,对油路装置和电路装置的改进提出了意见。
In this paper the inspection, repairs and installation of cylinder block ,crankshaft and piston-connecting rod group in Lada 2105 passenger car engine are presented. The causes of various failures ,for instance,engine oil leakage,excessive oil consuption,high engine temperature and timing gear belt damage,etc, are analysed ,and the trouble shootings are given. In addition ,some suggestions for improving fuel system and electric circuit of the engine are proposed.
