摘要
本文回顾了城市房地产市场研究的主要理论,包括新古典城市经济学理论、新马克思主义理论和折衷主义理论等,并对这些理论做了基本评析。同时,作者简要阐述了研究我国房地产市场的视角选择。
This paper reviews research approaches on housing estate market in cities and they include the Neoclassical Urban Economics, the Neo-Marxism Theory, the Evolutionary Theory and the Institutionalism Theory and so on. Meanwhile, this paper also does some analysis on the research perspective in Chinese urban housing estate market.
