Preliminary Survey upon the Positioning ot the Connection of Axle Housing and Gear Reductor Housing for light Truck

桥壳与减速器壳的定位连接是驱动桥总成发挥总件作用的关键。提出了对桥壳与减速器壳定位连接的要求,介绍了止口与一个定位销定位、连接螺柱中的二个兼做定位、全部螺栓兼做定位、止口与全部螺栓定位四种定位方式及其连接方法,并进行了效果比较。

Correct positioning of the connection of the axle housing and gear reductor housing is the Key point of driving axle assembly to play the role of its overall functions. The article puts forward the positioning demand of the connection of axle housing and gear reduetor bousing,and introduces four connecting and positioning methods:i, e. positioning with spigot and one dowel pin,positioning by two of the connecting bolts, positioning by all connecting bolts and positioning with spigot and all connecting bolts. Advantages of these four methods are compared.
