摘要 基于前期提出的波形套缩径—胀形复合成形方法 ,设计了 5套模具 ,试制出不同规格的波形套。测出波形套的工作特性曲线 ,揭示出几何参数对其特性曲线的影响规律 :在最大外径不变时 ,随着波纹圆角半径r0 的增大 ,特性曲线中弹性区的斜率增大 ,进入塑性变形所需要的压力亦增大 ;在波纹圆角半径r0不变时 ,随着波形套最大外径的增大 ,特性曲线中弹性变形区的斜率减小 ,进入塑性变性所需要的压力亦减小。为进一步给出波形套的设计方法奠定了基础。 Based on the compound sink-bulging technology, five kinds of forming die were designed, corrugated sleeves of different forms were produced. Corrugated sleeve's working characteristic curve is determined, and the rules of how corrugated sleeve shape to influence its characteristics were also given. When the maximal diameter doesn't change, the slope of elastic curve and press of the plastic yielding point increases gradually as radius of corrugation part arc increasing ,when the radius of corrugation part arc doesn't change, the slope of elastic curve and press of the plastic yielding point reduces gradually as maximal diameter increasing. All of the work above establishes a basis for corrugated sleeve's design method.
