摘要
基于新型热作模具钢H1 3钢淬透性高、韧性好 ,建立了经严格控制锻造工艺的热锻模在特定温度等温球化退火、淬火、回火的热处理新工艺 ,获得了优良的热强性、热稳定性、冷热疲劳性、抗氧化性及综合力学性能。该工艺使H1 3钢热锻模的使用寿命提高 1~ 2倍。
On the basis of high hardenability and better toughness of hot-working die steel H13, a new technology of heat treatment, including isothermal spheroidizing, quenching and tempering at specific temperature after strict forging process, was proposed here. The superior hot strength, heat endurance, cold-heat fatigue resistance, antioxidation and comprehensive mechanical properties of HIS steel can be achieved, and the service life of hot die made of HIS steel is enhanced 1-2 times.
