摘要
FD663型无触点分电器采用了一种新的离心提前机构。其结构中弹簧的刚度是保证正确的点火提前角的决定因素。按点火提前特性的要求,在对离心提前机构进行力学分析的基础上,计算出了能满足CA6102发动机点火提前特性要求的弹簧刚度,并对计算结果进行了分析。
A new type of centrifugal spark advance device is adopted in model FD663 contactless distributor. In the device the spring rate is a key factor for ensuring precise spark advance. Based on the mechanical analysis to the centrifugal spark advance device ,the spring rate is calculated to meet the spark advance characteristics for the model CA6102 engine, and the result is analysed as well.
