摘要 在进行密封性测量时,以往的方法都不能进行定量测量,本文介绍了能够进行定量测量的新技术。阐述了汽车零件的密封性试验从湿式判断到干式判断、从定性判断到定量判断的发展过程,并沈干式定量测量的两种方法——压差法和恒压法的测量原理进行了举例说明。 The inspection of the leak tightness for parts and components was hardly to be quantitatively measured in the past. A new technique for quantitatively measuring the leak tightness is introduced in this paper. The developing course in inspecting leak tightness of automotive parts, from inspection in wet state to dry state and from gualitative to quantitative judgement,is described. As for the guantitative tighmess measurements in try state, there are two methods, differential pressure and constant pressure, both the measuring principles are also explained with examples.
