Leakage Preventing Techniques in Motor Vehicles

针对国内汽车产品普遍存在的“三漏”问题,从密封机理入手,对静密封中的“三漏”问题进行了分析。介绍了用美国乐泰化学密封技术来解决螺纹啮合处、平面-平面及管路螺纹接头渗漏的方法。

Water, oil and air leakage is a common trouble existed in domestic motor vehicles,machinery and electric machines,etc. This paper begins with the tightening mechanism and analyses water,oil and air leakage in fixed connections. Then it introduces the tightening tech niques of Loctile chemical LTD. U. S. A and their application in curing the leakage in screw engagement ,plane to plane connections and pipe thread engagement ,etc.
