Failure Analysis of Releasing Lever Pin in Dong Feng Truck Clutch

针对东风汽车离合器分离杆浮销断裂的故障,从浮销的质量和浮销的受力情况两个方面进行了分析。通过分析认为产生故障的原因是:由于零件的有关尺寸超差,造成离合器压盘运动方向的间隙减小,使离合器压盘在分离过程中受阻,使浮销受到异常力,造成了浮销的剪切断裂。

Owing to the releasing lever pin in Dong Feng truck clutch is occasionally fractured ,a study stressed on two points ,the quality of the pin and the force acted on the pin ,has performed. Through the study the reason of the failure is found that the size of involved parts is beyond the tolerance ,it certainly decreases the pressure plate gap in its moving direction, thus the releasing action of pressure plate is obstructed and an abnormal force applys on the pin, as a result the pin is probably sheared.
