摘要
叙述了各种镀锌薄板的耐蚀性、焊接性和成型性及其在轿车上的应用。同时,通过试验,找出了镀锌层厚度与耐蚀性、焊接性和成型性三者之间的关系。指出,为确保镀锌薄板有优良的成型性,用超低碳钢生产镀锌薄板势在必行。合金电镀锌薄板具有耐蚀性、焊接性和成型性三者兼优的性能,应大力开发。
In this paper the anticorrosion,weldability and formability of various galvanized steel sheets and their applications to passenger cars are described, The relations among the thickness and anticorrosion, weldability,formability of galvanized steel sheets are clanfied based on the experiments. It is indicated by the authors that the adoption of ultra-low-carbon steel for producing galvanized steel sheets is imperative in order to ensure galvanized steel sheets to have excellent formability, besides, galvanized alloy steel sheets are worth developing and spreading due to they have excelent anticorrosion,weldability and formability.
