摘要
对一台机油消耗量过大的EQD6102型柴油机进行了机油消耗量的测定和分解试验.对关键零件进行了几何尺寸、表面形貌的测定.通过实验和原因分析,找出了主要影响因素和解决措施,大大减少了该机型的机油消耗.
Quantity of lubricating oil consumed for model EQD6102 Diesed Engine with excessive oil consumption has been measured, and the engine disassembled and tested. Dimensions of main parts have been measured and appearance of the parts examined. From the testing and analysis, principal factors causing oil consumption have been found out and remedied, which greatly reduced the lubricating oil consumption.
