摘要 利用非病毒载体转运目的基因时 ,具有转运结构域的蛋白质或多肽片段可以有效地促进外源效应分子进入细胞浆 ,发挥其效应。这些转运结构域广泛的存在于毒素蛋白、病毒蛋白、转录因子、同源结构域及合成肽当中。 Proteins or peptides containing translocation domain can efficiently improve the delivery of therapeutic molecules into cells when using nonviral vectors to deliver genes. These translocation domains exist in bacterial toxin, viral proteins, transcriptional factors, homodomain and synthetic peptides.
