转移抑制基因nm23的研究进展

摘要 nm2 3是发现的第一个肿瘤转移抑制基因。目前已发现了 9个nm2 3基因家族的成员 ,它们可分为两组。其编码的蛋白具有多种生物化学功能 ,有些功能可能与它抑制肿瘤转移的作用有关。这些蛋白除了是酶外 ,还与众多蛋白间有交互作用并可参与其他基因的转录。 The first metastasis suppressor gene identified was nm23. Nine human nm 23/NDP kinase-homologous proteins have been identified and they fall into two categories. nm23 proteins possess multiple biochemical functions. To date, researches have revealed that several properties of nm23/NDP could modulate metastasis of cancer cells. Besides serving as enzymes, these proteins have been reported to interact with several protein partners and to activate or repress the transcription of genes.
