关于发展外向型农业的若干思考

Thinking of Developing Export-oriented Agriculture

要实现农村经济社会的持续、快速、健康发展,必须立足我国现实国情,积极发展外向型农业,并提高农业产业化水平。标准化是发展外向型农业必须经历的一道重要关口,农业标准化将从根本上改变我国农业外延型、数量扩张的发展路子,使农业走上精细化、内涵型的现代化之路。同时,要发展外向型企业,推行规模化生产,必须要用发展工业的方法发展农业。从长远看,要推动农业产业的优化升级和向外向型农业发展,必须有意识地培育和发展各种新型农村经济组织。

We should base on the actual conditions in China and vigorously develop export-oriented agriculture and raise the standard of agricultural industrialization in order to promote the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of economy and society. The key of developing export-oriented agriculture is agricultural standardization, which will completely changes China's agricultural developing road of extensional model and quantity expansion in order to lead the agriculture to delicate and modernization. At the same time,we should develop agriculture the way developing industry during the development of export-oriented agriculture and high-run production. From a long-term point of view,we should grow and develop all kinds of new rural economic organization in order to upgrade agricultural in dustry and develop export-oriented agriculture.
