Our Country' s Police Educational Background Reformation Viewing Developing the Police Human Resource

当新世纪的钟声敲响的时候,警察队伍将以何种素质迎接挑战,备受人们关注,而警察素质的提升又离不开警察教育的改革和发展。随着我国步入全面建设小康社会的快速发展时期,新形势下"向素质要警力,向科技要警力"对中国警察高等教育提出了越来越高的要求。笔者试图从人力资源对警察高等学历教育的理论支撑点着手,探求现行警察教育模式与现实条件的矛盾所在,从而探究面向21世纪适合我国社会主义市场经济完善时期的警察教育改革合理可行的方案。

With the coming of the new century, it's quite noticed how the police team will meet the challenge, and improving the police's quality can't be separated from the police education reformation. Stepping into the rapid developing stage of our country's building middle level society, under the new situation, 'Asking quality for police force; Asking science and technology for police force' has brought forward higher and higher demand for Chinese Police Higher Education. The author attempts to begin with the human resource's theoretical knighthead for police higher educational background and probing the conflict between the current police educational pattern and the reality conditions so as to probe the reasonable and feasible plan adjusting our country's socialism market economy perfecting stage facing the 21st. century.
