灯盏花和低分子肝素联合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成后遗症

Treatment of deep vein thrombosis sequelae in lower extremity by breviscapus and low molecule weight heparin

目的观察灯盏花和低分子量肝素联合用药治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成后遗症的效果。方法将104例下肢深静脉血栓形成后遗症患者用灯盏花加低分子量肝素治疗。对照组以复方丹参注射液、血塞通注射液及低分子右旋糖酐治疗。以血液流变学结果及临床表现变化判断治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗前后血液流变学及临床表现差异有显著性意义(P<001,P<005),无严重并发症。对照组治疗前后差异无显著性意义。结论灯盏花和低分子量肝素联合治疗下肢深静脉血栓后遗症安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of breviscapus and low molecule weight heparin(LMWH) in treating deep vein thrombosis sequelae (DVTS) of lower extremities.Methods 104 patients of DVTS were treated with breviscapus injection 100 mg/d and LMWH 5000IU for 14d, and 42 patients were treated with compound Danshen injection and low molecular dextran as control.Results In experiment group, the hemorrheologic characteristics(high shear rate, low shear rate, hematocrit, plasma fibrinogen content, index of erythrocyte aggregation) were significantly decreased compared with pretreatment ( P <0 01), the clinical symptoms and signs ameliorated compared with pretreatment ( P <0 05),and there was no serious complication.Conclusion Treatment with breviscapus and low molecule weight heparin in DVTS is a safe and effective method.
