摘要 提出了一种基于电磁式漏磁检测原理的传感器,用于煤气管道壁厚检测。介绍了漏磁法壁厚检测原理、传感器结构和工作原理,并通过实验进行了分析、验证。结果表明:传感器的工作原理是正确的,具有较高的检测准确度。 A sensor which is applicable to test thickness of gas pipe wall based on electromagnetic flux leakage method is proposed.The wall thickness testing principle,sensor's structure and working principle are introduced.And experimental research and analysis have been done.The results show that the working principle of sensor is credible with good accuracy.
