摘要
研制了一种可以测量原边电流下限达1μA,上限达到400μA的单芯穿电流传感器。其输出拟合线性度大于0.99,输入电流大于15μA时,输出角差变化小于0.7%rad。与目前的传感器相比,其测量电流下限、准确度和分辨力都有提高,对于提高电力设备在线监测的范围和准确度具有重要的意义。
A kind of active microampere current sensor is developed. Its measurement range is from 1 μA to (400 μA). The range of its output phase-shift is less than 0.7 %rad when the output linearity is more than 0.99,the input current is more than 15 μA .Compared with other developed current sensors,measured lower-limit current,accuracy and resolution of this sensor are improved. So its successful development is of great importance to increase measurement range and accuracy of on-line monitor for power equipments.
