Motor-developmental Massage Therapy on Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的 :评价运动发育推拿法治疗小儿脑瘫的效果。方法 :6 1例脑瘫患儿运用运动发育推拿法治疗 ,每周 3～ 6次 ,每次 2 0min。采用GMFM 6 6评价方法对患儿进行评定 ,其中基线评定 15例 ,短期随访评定 2 6例。结果 :6 1例患儿治疗后GMFM 6 6项分值上升显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。GMFM 6 6项每月变化值治疗阶段与基线阶段和随访阶段比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :运动发育推拿法治疗小儿脑瘫效果显著 ,且需要长期坚持下去。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of motor developmental massage therapy for children with cerebral palsy. Methods: Sixty one children received the motor developmental massage therapy for 20 min each time, 3 to 6 times per week. The gross motor functions of the children were evaluated by GMFM66. The baseline period evaluations in 15 children and follow up period evaluations in 26 children were performed. Results: GMFM66 score was significantly increased after the treatment ( P <0.001). The GMFM66 score changes per month in treatment period were significantly greater than those of both baseline period and follow up period ( P < 0.001). Conclusion: The effect of motor developmental massage therapy was notable in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Gradual progress of the gross motor function in these children may be obtained by continuous therapy.
