成本—进度系统动态控制的研究

Study on System Dynamics Control in Cost-Schedule

目前在建设项目管理中很难同时实现质量、成本和进度三大目标,针对这一问题从系统的角度,利用动态的观点,建立对三大目标整体动态控制的理念。根据赢得值、累计计划成本额、累计实际成本额基本参数,采用系统动态控制的方法—— 赢得值分析法,着重研究成本— 进度之间的动态控制问题。这对于提高我国项目管理水平,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

Nowadays it is difficult to realize quality goal, cost goal and schedule goal simultaneouslyin construction project management. In the light of this problem, this paper emphasized that we should combine these three goals in project management, and raise the method of system dynamics control method—earned value analysis method on the basis of the essential data earned value, cumulative budgeted cost, cumulative actual cost. This paper is theoretically significant and pragmatically valuable to improve the level of project management in China.
