摘要
项目的成本控制的成功与否,是一个项目成功的关键之一。在建筑工程项目管理中应用 Project软件从创建资源、分配资源到调整查看资源,以及监测成本的过程。使用 Project 软件可以及时掌握控制成本状况,以达到项目的成功。
Whether or not the cost control of the project succeeds is one of the key points of success of a project. This paper introduces process of erecting resources, distributing resources, adjusting and viewing resources, and controlling cost in constructing engineering project management with project software in details. Using of the software can help know the cost control situation to make the project succeed.
