通过分析房屋价格、购房者资金负担、中低收入家庭的标准线等,论证发展住房合作社模式及其必要性,并对其建设、管理提出若干对策与建议。

In this article, the housing prices, the buyers’ money burden and the bottom line of mid and lower class income families have been analyzed according to the current situation. Therefore the mode and the necessity of how to develop housing cooperative society have been discussed and demonstrated. A couple of suggestions and strategies of the establishment and management of this society have been introduced.
