规模化猪场猪圆环病毒2型感染的血清学调查 被引量:27

摘要 用ELISA方法对甘肃省酒泉、张掖、武威、兰州、临夏、白银、定西 7市 (州 )及青海省大同地区的 12个规模养猪场或个体养殖户送检的 2 19份猪血清进行了猪圆环病毒 2型 (PCV2 )抗体检测。结果 ,抗体阳性血清 12 8份 ,其中母猪血清 75份 ,仔猪血清 5 3份 ;总抗体阳性率为 5 8.4 5 % ,母猪抗体阳性率为 6 3.2 5 % ,仔猪抗体阳性率为 5 2 .94 % ;同时对张掖市及大同地区的猪场进行了跟踪调查 ,张掖市 2、3、4和 6月份的阳性率依次为 12 .5 0 %、4 2 .11%、75 .0 0 %和 97.4 2 % ,青海大同地区 4月份和 8月份的阳性率依次为 12 .5 0 %和 85 .71%。表明两地的PCV2感染率随气候变暖而呈明显上升的趋势。 The 219 sera from 12 large-scale state-owned and private swine farms in Jiuquan,Zhangye,Wuwei,Lanzhou,Linxia,Baiyin and Dingxi prefectures of Gansu Province and Datong District of Qinghai Province were examined by ELISA using the antibodies against porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2). The results show 128 sera, of which 75 were from female swine and 53 sera were from piglets, are positive with the positive rate of PCV2 antibody 58.45%. In Zhangye Prefecture the positive rates of PCV2 antibody are 12.50% in February, 42.11% in March, 75.00% in April and 97.42% in June respectively. The positive rates of PCV2 antibody are 12.50% in April and 85.71% in August in Datong District.
