空肠弯曲菌质粒与其生物学特性的关系 被引量:1

Primary study on plasmid profiles and their correlation with biological characters of Campylobacter jejuni

摘要 对不同来源的空肠弯曲菌的质粒及其与菌株来源、生物型、致病性和耐药性的关系进行了研究。共检出大小分别为 1.9、2 .3、2 .6、5 .6、12 .6、33.0、82 .0和 10 8.0kb的 8种CCC型质粒 ,构成 7种质粒谱型。健康鸡源菌的质粒阳性率为 0 ;患病鸡源菌为 1.96 % ;患病猪源菌为 4 5 .8% ;健康羔羊源菌为 0 ;患病人源菌为 0。空肠弯曲菌的质粒用EcoRⅠ酶切后 ,1.9和 2 .3kb质粒的酶切谱随菌株来源的不同而异 ,其他 6种质粒的酶切谱没有差异。统计分析表明 ,空肠弯曲菌质粒的质粒谱型和酶切谱型与菌株来源、Lior生物型、致病性相关 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;也与对链霉素 (P <0 .0 0 1)、萘啶酸 (P <0 .0 5 )的耐药性相关 ;空肠弯曲菌对链霉素的耐药性与 2 .3kb的质粒有关 (P<0 .0 5 )。 The relationship between the plasmid profiles of the Campylobacter jejuni isolated from poultry, swine, lamb and patient and strains from different animals, biotypes, pathogenicity, drug resistance was statistically analyzed. There were 8 types of CCC plasmids, including 1.9,2.3,2.6,5.6,12.6,33.0,82.0,108.0 kb, forming 7 patterns. Carriage rate of plasmid was the highest in strains isolated from swine with diarrhea ( 45.80%), then in the strains from poultry with diarrhea ( 1.96 % ), but no plasmid was decteted in the strains from healthy poultry, healthy lamb and patient.These plasmids digested by restriction endonuclease EcoRⅠrevealed that 1.9 kb and 2.3 kb plasmids had different fragments due to being (isolated) from different animals. The profiles of plasmids and their restriction map were highly correlative with strains from different animals, biotypes, pathogenicity (P<0.001), and resistance to streptomycin and nalidixic acid (P<0.001,P<0.05), and streptomycin resistance was particularly correlative with a (2.3 kb) plasmid (P<0.05).
