摘要
以抗虫陆地棉 119- 1和GK - 2分别与棕色棉 2号杂交组合的P1、P2 、F1、B1、B2 和F2 6个家系为材料 ,借助色差计分析仪 ,对棕色纤维的遗传进行了研究 ,结果表明 :在这 2个组合中 ,棕色纤维色泽性状受 1对不完全显性基因控制 ,色泽值的大小与纤维品质性状密切相关 ,色差值越大 ,纤维品质越差。
Genetics of fiber color on brown upland cotton was stu di ed by instrument of measuring color from two crosses of 119-1 brown cotton 2 an d GK-2 bronw cotton 2, each including P 1, P 2, F 1, F 2, B 1 and B 2 families. The results showed that fiber colorof brown cotton was controlled by a single incomplete dominant gene. The correl ation between the different color scale and fiber quality was higher.The higher the scale determined, the worse fiber quality was represented.
