正常儿童生活活动强度指数和生活习惯疾病相关因子的测定及意义

Determination of normal children activity intension index and obesity related factor and its significance.

摘要 目的 探讨小儿生活活动强度指数、脂联素和瘦素、胰岛素、血糖、脂质等生活习惯疾病相关因子的关系。方法 于 2 0 0 2年 7月测定 81名儿童血清脂联素、瘦素、胰岛素、血糖、甘油三酯 (TG)、胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)等指标。并进行了 1周的生活活动时间和营养状况的调查 ,计算出每日的生活活动强度指数和所摄入的热量。结果 日强度指数和HDL C、ApoA呈正相关 (r =0 2 2 9,P <0 0 5 ;r =0 2 75 ,P <0 0 5 )。脂联素和体重指数 (BMI)、体脂肪率 (脂肪组织占体重百分比 )呈负相关。不同性别之间脂联素、热量、脂质差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 在儿童时期开始提高生活活动强度指数 ,促进能量消费 ,能提高HDL C、脂联素 ,降低BMI和体脂肪率 ,从而降低未来发生肥胖症、糖尿病、动脉硬化等生活习惯疾病的可能性。血清脂联素浓度在儿童女性高于男性。 Objective To study the relationship between index of life intension and obesity related factor.Methods Eighty one normal children were determined for serum adiponectin concentration,leptin,insulin,glucose and lipid.Life activity time and alimentation status in one week were investigated.Calculate count activity intension index and energy for everyday activities.Results Everyday activity intension index was positively associated with HDL C and ApoA(r=0 229,P=0 04,r=0 275,P=0 013).Serum adiponectin concentration was negatively associated with body mass index BMI and Fatr(percent body fat)(r=-0 294,P=0 008,r=-0 344,P=0 02).Serum adiponectin concentration(P<0 01) and energy(P<0 05) and lipid(P<0 05)had significant differences between boys and girls.Conclusion To increase activity intension index and promote energy consunption from childhood can increase HDL C and adiponectin,and reduce BMI and Fatr,decreasing possibility of such life style diseases as obesity.diabetes and arteriosclerosis.Girls were high then boys on serum adiponectin concentration
