摘要
以9个普通甜玉米自交系按Griffing的双列杂交方法Ⅳ组配36个杂交组合,分析了糖分、氨基酸的基因效应,并估算了配合力。结果表明:(1)天冬氨酸在遗传上以基因加性效应为主;蔗糖、蛋氨酸、脯氨酸在遗传上以基因非加性效应为主;总可溶糖、总可溶糖-蔗糖、干物质、甘氨酸、丝氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸在遗传上基因加性效应和非加性效应几乎同等重要。(2)自交系遗甜-1、白甜-2、HCg、加甜糖分的一般配合力较有利用价值;自交系蛟甜、加甜、HCg、遗甜-1氨基酸的一般配合力较高。在甜玉米糖分配合力育种中,以总可溶糖为育种目标即可达到糖分含量和食味品质两方面的改良;几种必需氨基酸一般配合力为非制约关系。(3)su3×HCg是糖分特殊配合力较有利用价值的组合;白甜-2×HCg、su3×遗甜-1、蛟甜×泰甜三个组合的必需氨基酸特殊配合力较有利用价值。
cross combinations were obtained by 9 normal sweet corns with Griffing's diallel crossing Ⅳ methods. The gene effects of sugar and amino acid were analyzed and its combining ability was estimated. The results show that 1. Asp took the additive gene effect as the dominant factor in inheritance the Sucrose Met and Pro took non-additive gene effect as the dominant factor and the additive gene effects and non-additive gene effects of the soluble total sugar sucrose in soluble total sugar dry matter Gly Ser Lys and Arg are both important 2. It is value in use that the normal combining ability of sugar in inbred line Yitian-1,Baitian-2,HCg Jiatian the normal combining of amino acid in inbred line Jiaotian Jiatian HCg Yitian-1 are much higher. The content of sugar and quality of food taste can be improved if the breeding goal is located at enhancing the soluble total sugar in sugar combining breeding of sweet corn. There is non-restricted relationship among several necessary amino acid 3. su3×HCg is the valuable combination of special combining ability of sugar and it is value in use that the special combining ability of necessary amino-acid in combination of Baitian-2×HCg su3×Yitian-1 and Jiaotian×Taitian.
