摘要
采用DSC差示扫描量热仪和广角X射线衍射仪研究了F800EPS等4种聚丙烯共聚物的热性能和结晶行为。发现F800EPS作为流延聚丙烯(CPP)膜热封层专用料在加工应用上与国外同类产品存在差异的原因可归结为它们之间的热性能和结晶行为不同。
The thermal properties and crystallization behaviors of four polypropylene copolymers were studied with differential scanning calorimeter ( DCS) and Wide Angel X-ray diffractometer( WAXD). The result indicated that the difference between F800EPS, a special resin of the heat - seal layer for cast polypropylene (CPP) film, and foreign product of the same type in processing application is attributed to the difference of their thermal properties and crystallization behaviors.
