摘要 选择 18~ 2 2gBARB/C小鼠 ,每组 12只 ,以 4,4 亚甲基双 (2 氯苯胺 ) (MOCA) 0 0 1mg/kg、 0 1mg/kg、0 2mg/kg、 1 0mg/kg剂量 ,每日一次经腹腔注射染毒 ,7d后进行体液免疫、细胞免疫、非特异性免疫功能及免疫器官脏器系数测定。实验组的抗体形成细胞数、巨噬细胞吞噬指数及吞噬百分数均显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。提示MOCA可能对小鼠的体液免疫和非特异性免疫功能产生抑制作用。 Objective To study the effect o f 4,4methylene(2orthodichloroaniline )(MOCA)on immune function in mice.Me thod BARB/C mice(18—22 grams)were di vid ed i nto six groups,each with 12 mice(half ma les and half females).Four groups of mic e were intraperitoneally exposed to 0.01 mg/kg,0.1 mg/kg,0.2 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg of MOCA daily for 7 days, respectively,w ith other two groups of mice as control. Their humoral immunity,cellular immunity ,nonspecific immune function and viscera coefficient of immune organs(weight rat io)were all measured after exposure. Resu lt Plaque forming cells(PFC),phagoc ytic index and percentage of macrophages wer e all lower in the exposed mice than tho se in the controls(P<0.05 and<0 .01).Con clusion MOCA can inhibit their humo ral immunity and nonspecific immunity in mic e.
