摘要
20世纪90年代以来,我国大学生就业形势日益严峻,按照70％的一次就业率,2004年毕业即待岗 的学生数字将达到84万。在看到大学生就业市场日益严峻的同时,重新审视和反省高校的教育教学,特别是针对性 很强的实践性教学,对于大学毕业生成功走向就业具有重要作用。
The employment situation of college student becomes more and more severe since 1990s. According to the lump-sum employment rate of 70%, there will be 840,000 students waiting for job in 2004. Coming up with this severe situation, re-examination and self-questioning of our teaching in institute, especially directed practice teaching, may play an important role in successful employment of college student.
