黑龙江省农村城镇化进程中发挥产业结构聚集效应的思考

On the Collective Effect of Developing Industry Structure in the Process of the Urbanization of Countryside

农村城镇化是解决“三农”问题的一个很重要的途径,但它确是一个系统工程。针对我省农村城镇化进程中产业结构不合理、缺乏产业支撑、聚集效应发挥不明显等现存问题,我们要推动我省产业结构优化升级,形成小城镇产业集聚效应。

The urbanized country means not only systems engineering, but a critical solution to one of Three respects of agriculture. Some problems emerge during its process such as unbalanced industry framework, lack of dominant industries and weak focus effect. Discussion is made on how to accelerate the promotion of industry framework and form a favourable urbanized country industry focus effect.
