血液透析中温度与血压关系的探讨 被引量:7

摘要 目的 血液透析 (HD)中低血压的发生常见 ,本文探讨不同温度与血压的关系。方法 将 18例血透中常发生低血压的患者纳入观察对象 ,分别用 3种温度 (35 5℃、36 5℃、37℃ )观察血容量、体温、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压 (MAP)、心率的变化情况。结果 低温透析 (35 .5℃、36 5℃ )与常温透析 (37℃ )比较 ,透析效率无差异 ;低温透析可减少低血压的发生率 ,35 5℃组和 36 5℃组比较无差异。结论 低温透析能减少低血压的发生。
