迷迭香酸对大鼠肾小球系膜细胞增殖及白细胞介素-1β的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨迷迭香酸对原代培养的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞增殖及其产生白细胞介素 - 1 β(IL - 1 β)的影响。方法 用四甲基偶氮唑 (MTT)法测定迷迭香酸对系膜细胞增殖的影响 ,酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定系膜细胞IL - 1 β蛋白水平。结果 迷迭香酸在 5~ 2 5mg/L浓度范围能明显抑制血清或脂多糖刺激的系膜细胞增殖 (与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,在 1~ 2 5mg/L范围能明显抑制脂多糖诱导的系膜细胞IL - 1 β分泌 (与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 迷迭香酸对体外培养的系膜细胞增殖及IL - 1 β分泌具有抑制作用。 Objective It is to discuss the influence of rosmarinic acid on mesangial cell proliferation and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) production of primary culture rat.Methods The influence of rosmarinic acid on mesangial cell proliferation was mensurated with MTT method. The IL-1β protein level of mesangial cell was mensurated with ELISA method.Results Rosmarinic acid in the concentration range from 5 mg/L to 25 mg/L could obviously inhibit mesangial cell proliferation stimulated by serum or lipopolysaccharide (compared with control group, P<0.01). Rosmarinic acid in the concentration range from 1 mg/L to 25 mg/L could obviously inhibit mesangial cell IL-1β secretion induced by lipopolysaccharide (compared with control group, P<0.01).Conclusion Rosmarinic acid has inhibitory effect on mesangial cell proliferation and IL-1β secretion cultivated in vitro.
