计算机模拟技术在锡槽研究中的应用进展

摘要 锡槽是浮法玻璃工艺中的成型设备。为防止锡液在高温下迅速氧化,锡槽内气氛必须严格控制,而测量锡液和玻璃带的温度与速度在实际工况条件下很难进行。但是将计算机模拟技术应用在锡槽中,可使这一工艺现象清晰地呈现在人们面前。本文就计算机模拟技术在玻璃带模拟、保护气体模拟、锡液流动模拟等方面的应用进展进行综述,并对其今后的发展进行了展望。 Tin bath is the equipment for glass forming in float process. To prevent from tin oxidation at high temperature, a controlled atmosphere should be maintained in the enclosure, therefore, the measurement of velocity and temperature of tin fluid/glass ribbon is difficult to carry out under the practical condition. The development of computer simulation applied to the tin bath makes the process more understandable. In this paper, the advancement of computer simulation in glass ribbon, protective gas and molten tin flow, as well as the further development in future are summarized and analyzed.
