临床分离革兰阴性杆菌氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的调查临床分离革兰阴性杆菌氨基糖苷类修饰酶(aminoglycosidesmodifyingenzymes,AMEs)基因的流行状况。方法采用PCR法检测41株临床分离的革兰阴性杆菌9种AMEs基因。结果41株革兰阴性杆菌25株检出AMEs基因(610%),其中aac(3)Ⅱ基因检出率最高(463%),≥2种AMEs基因的占760%;不同菌株产生的AMEs也有一定差异;4株表型为氨基糖苷类抗生素敏感但检出AMEs基因,8株表型为氨基糖苷类抗生素耐药但9种AMEs基因检测为阴性。结论革兰阴性杆菌AMEs基因携带率较高,且多种AMEs基因共存现象严重。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of prevalence concerning aminoglycosides modifying enzymes(AMEs) genes in clinical isolates of Gram negative bacilli. METHODS Nine kinds of AMEs genes were detected by PCR method in 41 strains of Gram negative bacilli. RESULTS Twenty five of 41 Gram negative bacilli strains were positive for AMEs gene(61 0%), the positive rate of aac(3) Ⅱgene was the highest(46 3%); 76 0% were produced two or more AMEs.The AMEs produced by different bacilli were with community diversities Four strains of bacilli susceptive to aminoglycosides were positive for AMEs genes and 8 strains of bacilli resistant to aminoglycosides were negative. CONCLUSIONS This study shows that the positive rate of AMEs gene is high and many AMEs genes co exist prevalently in clinical isolates of Gram negative bacilli.
