革兰阴性杆菌抗生素耐药分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的了解我院革兰阴性杆菌的分布及耐药情况,为临床用药提供依据。方法对我院2001年1月~2003年10月各科室送检的各类标本中培养分离出1076株革兰阴性杆菌,采用了全自动微生物分析仪VITEK32及配套鉴定卡和测定卡进行了分析。结果共分离出革兰阴性杆菌1076株,主要以大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌、不动杆菌属多见,从总的耐药情况来看革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率最低。结论医院革兰阴性杆菌耐药严重,要定期进行细菌耐药监测,合理使用抗生素。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the resistance and distribution of the Gram negative bacilli and conduct clinical medication. METHODS A total of 1 076 strains of Gram negative bacilli isolated from the all sorts of samples were analyzed by VITEK32 system with GPS SV susceptibility card of VITEK 32 system, the resistant spectrum was analyzed by the TRC ON statistics software on VITEK. RESULTS Among 1 076 strains of Gram negative bacilli, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter cloacae, and Acinetobacter baummanii, were the main. The resistance rate of the main Gram negative bacilli against imipenem was the lowest. CONCLUSIONS Most of Gram negative bacilli in nosocomial infection are highly resistant to drugs. It is very important to use antibiotics reasonably against nosocomial infection.
