A Review of Advances in Genetic Engineering of Cold-resistance in Plants

摘要 低温是严重影响植物生存的因素之一。本文综述几种转植物抗寒基因:转抗冷诱导基因、转脂肪酸去饱和酶基因、转抗氧化酶基因工程的研究概况,并探讨今后的研究方向。 Low temperature is one of important factors for plants. Recent progress in genetic engineering of cold-resistance in plants, i.e., transforming cold-induced gene, transforming fatty acid desaturase gene and transforming anti-oxidase gene are summarized in this paper.
