摘要
针对传统连杆模具制造工艺的不足,提出CAD/CAM/HSM加工技术的完整解决方案。首先使用Solidworks进行三维实体造型,然后用Mastercam生成数控加工程序,最后在HSM-600型高速铣削加工中心上完成整个加工过程。
According to the shortcomings of the traditional piston rod die manufacturing technology, this paper introduces CAD/CAM/HSM into the process. Firstly, the 3D solid model for piston rod is established based upon Solidworks. Secondly, the NC programs are generated by Mastercam. Finally, the whole die is produced by a HSM milling center (HSM-600).
