摘要
简述了推广电液伺服技术的过程中的几项新进展之后,着重讨论了高精度、快响应电液伺服系统设计中的几个问题,其中包括电液转换元件、液压执行元件、液压谐振、结构谐振及传动链齿隙等问题,并指出提高精度与快速性的途径。
The article presents several progress when generalize the technology of Electronic-hydraulic servo, and discusses the problem about the high precision expeditious design of Electronic-hydraulic servo, involve Electronic-hydraulic conversion element, hydraulic pressure execute element ,hydraulic resonance, framework resonance, and the chain of transmission gear clearance and so on, and advance how to improve precision and expeditiousness.
