The paper introduces the status of the hot precision forging techniques used for production of gears,it analyzes of problems the quality and market of this process. It puts forward the necessity, corresponding equipments, existing problem of cold extrusion forging technology for auto bevel wheels production. The results show the good quality of products and economical effect of this manufacture method.
